The purpose of implementing this community service activity is as a form of concern for house wives who do not know the benefits of using social media as a means to increase sales turnover to increase income, so hereby we are Lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Engineering. Tjut Nyak Dhien University tries to innovate and be creative in terms of using the promotion system through Social Media in increasing sales turnover of snack products produced by housewives so that connoisseurs of archipelago snacks can attract consumers with the introduction of Indonesian snacks through social media creativity and innovation in the use of social media are also efforts to develop snack products starting from attractive packaging, variations in flavors that can arouse people's tastes. In terms of increasing sales turnover, we will use Social Media System networks such as: Facebook, Istagram, Whatsapp and Telegram. With this kind of activity, it is expected to help sales indirectly so that it affects the level of turnover and income for housewives who produce household snacks, especially Sunggal District, Deliserdang Regency, North Sumatra and in general and increase people's confidence to become entrepreneurs

The purpose of community service activities is to implement the “Tri Dharma” of Higher Education as well as to contribute ideas and transfer technology to teaching staff at SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara Medan. This service activity was carried out for 2 days, with Video Recording and Video Editing Training materials. The topics given in this training are making video editing media and online learning content. The material given is the use of Filmora X software in video editing, and video recording techniques. This topic is very much needed in order to equip teachers in preparing and delivering subject matter during this COVID-19 pandemic. This topic was deliberately chosen considering that currently teachers are having difficulties in delivering subject matter face-to-face.

The purpose of community service activities in the form of Empowerment and Fostering of Weak Economic Communities is to provide input on what businesses can be developed according to the conditions in the environment and in accordance with the current situation, namely the Covid 19 Pandemic outbreak. The target audience in this PPM activity are people who live in Neighborhood IV, Sidomulio Village, Medan Tuntungan District, totaling 25 people whose livelihoods are as farmers and also as farm laborers. The availability of adequate academics in giving lectures on Empowerment and Development of Weak Economic Communities at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Indonesian Methodist University, the enthusiasm of the participants, the support of the Village Head and the Head of the Environment for the implementation of activities and supporting funds from UMI are the supporters of the implementation of this PPM activity. The problem is the limited time for coaching. The benefits that participants get from this PPM activity include fostering economically weak communities.

The purpose of this training is to increase the knowledge of village heads and village officials about accounting, so that they can record village financial transactions accurately and correctly. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage and reporting stage. The results of interviews with the Village Head and Village Apparatus regarding village financial management include: 1. Planning Stage: in this stage the village head and village apparatus identify problems that exist in the field later, accommodate proposals given by the community through the Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) as well as community leaders. 2. Implementation Phase: Submissions for implementation activities can be accepted if they have completed the activity implementation documents. 3. Administration stage: the treasurer must compile a report, how much is the income and how much is the expenditure, then everything is detailed for what the funds are used for. 4. Reporting Stage: At the reporting stage, the village treasurer is responsible. The village treasurer has the obligation to record every end of the month in an orderly manner and account for money through an accountability report. 5. Accountability Stage: the village head is basically responsible to the people where the accountability procedure will be submitted to the Bupati/Walikota through the Camat.

Community Service aims to foster micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is to provide input on what businesses can be developed in accordance with the conditions in the environment and in accordance with current conditions, namely the Covid 19 pandemic that has hit the city of Medan and the world in general. The problem is the limited time for coaching. It is hoped that this training will benefit the community. A business, both on a large scale and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) should apply accounting principles in managing financial reports. So that through the implementation of good financial reporting, business owners get information, to be able to formulate strategies and can be used as a basis for decision making. However, not all business owners apply accounting principles due to limited knowledge. The same thing happened to a partner, namely Mr. Sarwo Wibowo (35 years), a business owner in the field of organic fertilizer located in Dusun 2A, Baru Village, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency. Since the business was operating, the partner has never made financial records in accordance with accounting standards. One of the impacts is that there is no separation of business finances from household finances. In addition to problems in the field of accounting, partners also experience marketing limitations. Through this Community Service (PKM) activity, the team conducted socialization, training and assistance in the preparation of business bookkeeping to partners as well as exposure to marketing strategies (business development). This training and mentoring aims to assist partners in managing their business so that the accounting and marketing knowledge can later be used as the basis for formulating strategies and making decisions.

A healthy Internet is one of the basic needs of the use of digital technology in various fields, especially in the world of education. Since SMAN I is one of the service partners and is also very close to the center of agriculture and tourism, Community is carried out by the Information System Study Program, Universitas Methodist Indonesia as a form of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Its purpose and benefits are to share and contribute ideas and transfer knowledge and technology. This service activity was carried out for a day, with the material including explanations about Internet Sehat (Healthy Internet) and Internet Cakap. This topic is very much needed in the education community to be able to use the internet intelligently, creatively, and productively.

Karang Bangun Village is one of the centers for lowland rice production in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra. The area of rice fields reaches 70% of the village area with good technical irrigation. However, the application of technology in the management of lowland rice in this village is still very conventional, and the knowledge of farmers about the new technology does not yet exist so that production only reaches 6 tons/ha. The purpose of this community service activity is to transfer the rice cultivation technology which is effective in increasing yields. The technologies are the application of the System of Rice Intensification (S.R.I) method, processing of straw waste into Bokashi organic fertilizer which can increase soil fertility, recognition of the symptoms of plant nutrient deficiency, and the use of plants as natural pesticides. Through assistance to farmers using a participatory approach in community service activities, the transfer of technology can run smoothly so that the use of irrigation water can be efficient, efficiently in using inorganic fertilizers, the use of inorganic pesticides is reduced and the productivity of farmers' land can be increased and by itself will improve the welfare of farmer.

Learning that uses electronic services as a tool is known in general as e-learning or LMS (Learning Management System). Training on e-learning is realized in Community Service Activities (PKM) as the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education as well as sharing and contributing ideas and transferring knowledge and technology for teachers and students at SMA Masehi GBKP, Brastagi. This service activity was carried out for a day, with material on Making Online Learning Media during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The material for the activities carried out included making online learning media using Edmodo and Easy Class. The online learning media is one of the effective solutions to facilitate online teaching and learning activities for teachers and students. His presence, which is increasingly easy to find, certainly helps teachers and students stay safe studying at home, without being limited by place and time.
